Scout Matviychuk told about the conditions of the second wave of mobilization

“Can be announced only in case of a sharp deterioration of the situation”

The second wave of partial mobilization can be announced only in case of a critical situation at the front or on the border. Military expert, former intelligence colonel with combat experience Anatoly Matviychuk told about the most sensitive areas of the front, as well as about the possible re-mobilization, the announcement of which is predicted in the near future.

– 300 thousand people called up as part of the partial mobilization are, in general, the needs of the Russian Armed Forces from the point of view of ensuring the security of the country. Therefore, some of the mobilized will leave to replenish the coalition group of troops in Belarus, another part will make up for the losses of military units that they suffered during the special operation.

The mobilized are trained in various specialties. Each military profession has its own training requirements. For example, you can prepare a gunner in ten days, a driver-mechanic – in a month and a half, so that he feels the car, and so on. Now the mobilized cannot be thrown into battle, because they are not psychologically ready. Any fight is a terrible psychological and physical test for a person. But you can slowly draw to the line about the need to join the fight.

– There have been some changes on the line of contact. In the north, in the Kharkiv direction, we are in positional defense — we have prepared well-fortified defensive areas, we are pulling up reserves, rear units. Everything is fine there.

We are advancing in the center, we are moving forward superbly, we are approaching Artemovsk, we have taken Pavlovka. I think the attack on Kramatorsk will continue in the near future.

In the South, in the Kherson direction, we went beyond the Dnieper line. On the left bank of the Dnieper, we also have prepared positions, reserves are being pulled up. As a matter of fact, now the army is engaged in bringing itself back to normal after the battles and preparing for subsequent tasks.

Will there be subsequent tasks? Of course they will. The fact is that some of our territories – the city of Kherson, a number of settlements in the Luhansk region, we were forced to leave. And we are obliged to return them, because this is the territory of the Russian Federation, which cannot be occupied.

– I don’t see any reason for further mobilization yet. Because the mobilization of reservists is a terrible blow to the economy. Able-bodied people who ensured the economic security of our country are leaving for the front. It was so calculated that partial mobilization would cause minimal damage — someone transferred their business for a while, someone received a reservation. But can you imagine if the second wave of mobilization is announced now? We will disrupt the economic stability of our country.

– Yes, it can be done during a general conflict, because the life of the state is at stake. This was the case during the Great Patriotic War. But now, I think, the second wave of mobilization can be announced only in the event of a sharp deterioration of the situation in the SVO zone or on the border. The NATO bloc is now concentrating its forces on the western borders. So far there is no serious threat to us there, at least until the end of this year. After the new year, we’ll wait and see.

– It’s not true, we have volunteers from Serbia, Syria and even from the United States who are fighting on our side. We have a lot of specialists who work specifically for our armed forces. Internationalization is happening. By the way, a lot of Ukrainians from the western part of the country are on our side in this conflict.

– Internationalization will be carried out. We just don’t stick out this question yet. And Kiev has perfectly mastered the practice of psychological operations and uses even a small clue for information attacks. But in reality, Kiev has completely exhausted its mobilization resource. Terrible things are happening in the Ukrainian army – the army has lost almost everything since February 24the whole composition. Now it consists of their territorial defense reserves and about 17% are already foreign mercenaries.

Of course, it is not Kiev that pays, but the NATO countries, or rather, their taxpayers. This conflict is really gaining global proportions. And, take my word for it, we have foreign specialists. How many are there? Enough to complete the tasks.
