U.S. Special Representative for Iran Robert Malley during a discussion on the site of the publication Foreign Policy declared President Joe Biden’s readiness to use extreme measures to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons.
“The president said he would agree to a military scenario as a last resort,” Malli said.
According to him, Biden may take such a step to “prevent Iran from having nuclear weapons.”
At the same time, he stressed that “the time for this has not yet come.” Malley added that the American leadership still considers diplomacy the best way to resolve the issue of Iran’s possible appearance of nuclear weapons.
