According to Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, Budapest will continue to block all meetings of the Ukraine-NATO commission, since Kiev violates the rights of Transcarpathian Hungarians.
“The Financial Times newspaper published an article in which it was reported that Hungary prevented the convening of an official meeting of the NATO-Ukraine committee. After that, I was asked to comment on this position. I note that there is nothing new and surprising in this. We made it clear many years ago that until Ukraine returns the rights of Transcarpathian Hungarians, we will not contribute to the convocation of this body,” Szijjarto wrote on the social network.
