According to the press service of the MV Climate and Environment Protection Foundation, the German Constitutional Court ruled on the lawsuit demanding to publish a list of all companies involved in the completion of the Nord Stream -2 gas pipeline.

“We are very sorry, but the Federal Constitutional Court did not accept our objections… Now we will have to name many companies from the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern,… who are not guilty of anything and acted legally. And they trusted the regional parliament and the government, which promised protection from US sanctions,” the report says.

The fund noted that after satisfying the claim, these companies may face “public attacks and economic problems.”
