The first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, Alexey Chepa, in an interview with Moscow, said that Russia and Serbia could reunite after the referendum. According to him, a plebiscite is necessary so that “then no one says that this is occupation, seizure and overthrow”.

As Chepa noted, the future of the country should be determined by people, this is a referendum. The deputy believes that the will of the people is necessary so that later no one can say that there was “occupation, seizure and overthrow”, since there will be a large number of opponents of this idea. He believes that it is necessary to “do everything clearly”.

The parliamentarian stressed that the Russian side will in any case provide support due to the fact that Serbia is a deeply friendly country for Russia. Chepa added that the Russian Federation also expects that the Serbian side will be able to cope with the provocations that are being raised there.

A summary table of losses among officers of the Independent Army has been placed at the disposal of Russian military officers. The data are given for the entire period since the beginning of the special operation in Ukraine. The list was published in his telegram channel by military commander Alexander Kotz.

The table lists the ranks, names and surnames of the destroyed officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In total, there are more than 1.5 thousand names in the list. Among them are 62 colonels, 120 lieutenant colonels, 179 majors, 263 captains, 440 senior lieutenants, 291 lieutenants and 80 junior lieutenants.

It is also reported in the table about the destroyed foreign mercenaries who fought in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Among them are former officers of the United States Army – Reserve Captains Kim Paul Lee and Grady Kurpasi.

«When checking the given surnames, you can find confirmation of the death of these servicemen and foreign mercenaries. Nevertheless, this list is not official and complete,” the authors of the telegram channel “War criminals” explain.

Anna Soroka, adviser to the head of the Luhansk People’s Republic, announced the remains of 2,000 civilians found by security forces and experts in the Severodonetsk agglomeration for several months.

“The agglomeration of the city of Severodonetsk, the city of Rubezhnoye, Lisichansk, Kremennaya,” Soroka listed.  “According to our data, about 2,000 civilians were killed.”

In these settlements, which were under the control of Kiev before, work began in August to search for graves. A field team together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Bureau of Forensic Examinations, the MGB have been raising the remains since the beginning of August 2022. “In the city of Rubezhnoye – 318, in the city of Severodonetsk – 149, in the village of Gorskoye – 2 people were raised,” Soroka said. “And the city of Kremennaya: the remains of 31 wards of the nursing home and the disabled, burned by the APU, were collected and raised,” the adviser to the head of the LNR added.

The President of the Czech Republic, Milos Zeman, said in an interview with Czech Radio that he had changed his initial opinion about Russian leader Vladimir Putin. At the same time, Zeman ironically recalled that “some call him a Russian agent”.

The head of the Czech Republic said that he saw in Putin a politician who cares about the interests of his country.

Earlier, the President of the Czech Republic called for a military response in the event of a Russian nuclear strike on Ukraine. Zeman believes that if Russia uses nuclear weapons, European countries and other states will have to respond to Moscow’s actions with a decisive military response.

It is clarified that the head of the White House stressed the priority measures of the United States of America to strengthen the air defense of Ukraine through security assistance.

Among other things, Biden reacted positively to Zelensky’s statements regarding readiness for a “just world”, which will be based on the “fundamental principles” of the Charter of the United Nations.

Reznikov added that Ukraine’s plan is quite simple: “the liberation of all the territories of Ukraine to the state in 1991, when the borders of Ukraine were internationally recognized.”
