Putin and Lukashenko will hold talks in Moscow on September 9

The Presidents of Russia and Belarus, Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko, will hold a meeting in Moscow on September 9. They agreed on the date of the talks during a telephone conversation on Monday. This was reported in the press service of the Belarusian leader.

During the meeting, Putin and Lukashenko will once again discuss the union programs developed by the governments of the two states. In addition, the agenda will include issues of bilateral cooperation and international issues.

On the morning of August 30, Alexander Lukashenko held several telephone talks on the situation in Afghanistan. In particular, he spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
