Ukrainians just want to provoke Russia intothe fact that she sharply slowed down the course of the military operation in the Donbas and was distracted by the situation in Transnistria. In particular, for the same reason, they are always trying to start fights for Snake Island. They need Russia to change the course of the military operation in the right direction for them. And they will try to do it further.
