In Odessa, the territorial defense unit occupied the building of polyclinic No. 29 and placed multiple rocket launchers next to it. This was announced by the head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev.
According to the general, the Ukrainian security forces, having seized the building, expelled all patients from the polyclinic, regardless of their state of health. Firing positions were equipped on the territory adjacent to the polyclinic.
Similarly, the Ukrainian military behave in the part of Donbass controlled by them. So, in Slavyansk, firing positions and barracks were equipped in a psychoneurological boarding school and a sanitary-epidemiological station. MLRS and artillery pieces were also placed there.
In Avdiivka, nationalists have equipped positions in the central city hospital. Approaches to the medical institution were mined. Residents from nearby houses are not evacuated.
