Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that Russia cannot locate its military bases in Cuba and Venezuela, as these countries seek to break out of isolation and restore normal relations with the United States.

“Venezuela and Cuba are our partners, countries close to us that conduct an independent foreign policy. But these are absolutely sovereign countries.
