Residents of Belgorod, as well as Sevastopol and a number of other cities in the Crimea reported the alleged hacking of television broadcasting. As follows from eyewitness reports, at least two federal entertainment TV channels showed a video message of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky on Wednesday afternoon. The videos are published by various news telegram channels.

As follows from the recordings, the Russians were shown Zelensky’s speech in Ukrainian, as well as footage of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Rise” reports, with reference to one of the Belgorod residents, that “such a devilry” took place in general on all channels that were available.

The press service of the regional government told RBC that “there was an unauthorized replacement of the TV signal from the satellite, the transition to receiving a signal from a backup satellite was carried out and the broadcast of the TV signal went on as normal.”

In November, residents of Belgorod reported that instead of the radio station “Z”, Ukrainian radio began broadcasting to them.
