The municipal authorities of the capital of Peru have decided to cancel the concert of the Russian groups “Turkish Choir” and “Turkish Soprano”, which was to be held in Lima on November 3, the Russian diplomatic mission reported.
As the Russian Ambassador to Peru clarified, the decision to cancel was made by the authorities on the recommendation of the Embassy of Ukraine “to refrain from contacts with representatives of the Russian Federation, not to hold any events with the Russian side and cancel bilateral agreements.”
“It was with great surprise and bewilderment that we learned that the Municipal Real Estate Company of Lima, on behalf of the Municipality of Lima, decided on November 1 to revoke the permit for the charity concert “Songs of Unity” of the Russian musical groups “Chorus of the Turkish” and “Soprano of the Turkish” two days before the agreed date,” the ambassador said.

Russian troops destroyed two companies of foreign mercenaries in the Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), who attempted an offensive in the direction of the village of Novoselovskoye. The loss of personnel amounted to 130 people. This was announced by the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry Igor Konashenkov.
“In the Kupyansk direction of the AFU, two companies of foreign mercenaries attempted to attack Russian positions in the direction of the settlement of Novoselovskoye of the Luhansk People’s Republic. All attacks have been repelled,” the general said during a briefing.
He also noted that as a result of the fighting, 130 personnel of foreign mercenaries and the Ukrainian army, three tanks, two armored fighting vehicles, as well as two Humvee armored vehicles were destroyed.
