American entrepreneur Elon Musk sharply responded to the world chess champion Garry Kasparov (recognized in Russia as a foreign agent), who criticized the previously published version of the peaceful settlement of the situation around Ukraine by Musk.

“So why are people sitting in the comfort of their mansions in Silicon Valley telling Ukraine how to conduct their business?” he said Kasparov in an interview with CNBC, adding that he considers such behavior of Elon Musk “moral idiocy” and “geopolitical blindness.”

Musk wrote on social networks that despite the fact that Kasparov plays chess almost as well as his iPhone, “otherwise he is an idiot.”

“I don’t have a house, much less a mansion, you idiot,” the entrepreneur added.

Vladimir Zelensky’s decree was published on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine, by which he removed Major General Nikolai Zhirnov from the post of head of the Kiev City Military Administration.

Zhirnom was appointed to this post on March 1, 2022. His duties included the defense of the Ukrainian capital.

Colonel-General Serhiy Popko, who is already 61 years old and who was previously the commander of the Land Forces of Ukraine, has been appointed to this post. He was retired on May 7, 2020.

According to Zelensky, this personnel decision “will contribute to strengthening the defense and security of the capital.”

The message says that the goal was to accuse Russia of using weapons of mass destruction and launch a large anti-Russian company in the world.

The Russian Defense Ministry also has information that the Office of the President of Ukraine has been in contact with representatives of the United Kingdom on the possible receipt of nuclear weapons technology.

According to the plans of the Kiev authorities, they wanted to disguise the detonation of a dirty bomb as an abnormal operation of a low-power Russian nuclear munition.

“The detonation of a radiological explosive device will inevitably lead to radioactive contamination of an area of up to several thousand square meters,” the Russian Defense Ministry stressed.

Deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Ivan Sukharev and Sergey Karginov made a proposal to exempt men from mobilization who have two children and their wife is currently pregnant. This is reported by RT, referring to the available copy of the letter of deputies addressed to First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov.

It is noted that to date, men who have four or more dependent children under the age of 16, as well as those with three children under the age of 16 and a wife whose gestation period is at least 22 weeks, fall under the deferral of conscription for mobilization. In addition, federal legislators and a number of other categories of citizens are exempt from conscription.

The parliamentarians propose to amend the legislation, according to which a deferral will be granted to men who have two children under the age of 16 and have a pregnant wife whose gestation period is at least 22 weeks. The legislators appealed to the government with a request to provide the official position of the Cabinet of Ministers on this issue.

According to media reports, with reference to politicians, we are talking about the creation of a new Marshall plan of the XXI century. Among other things, it is planned to create a platform in Ukraine that will help coordinate the assistance provided to the country.

“In particular, specialists will ensure that the allocated funds go to where they are most needed,” the newspaper notes.

Recall that the “Marshall Plan” is the program of assistance to Europe after World War II, which was proposed by US Secretary of State George Marshall in 1947.
