Earlier, former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said that the United States and the West could declare Russia a “state sponsor of terrorism” in order to take away Russian assets frozen abroad. The ex-diplomat noted that the West needs court decisions to take Russian money and transfer it to Ukraine. Recognition of the Russian Federation as a sponsor of terrorism, Klimkin believes, will allow them to be criminalized, and this will make it easier to assign them.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces told about the mass flight of Ukrainian soldiers

Photo: Global Look Press

As reported by “Country.ua”, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in an interview with journalists, told about the mass flight of Ukrainian soldiers from the front line after shelling.

The fighter noted that territorial defense employees who signed up for the front as volunteers are particularly susceptible to panic due to a lack of understanding that real battles are different from suppressing riots on the Maidan.

“There are real epidemics of panic. Whole units are being disrupted from their positions,… entire sections of kilometers long are exposed,” the serviceman said.

He also added that the Russian side immediately becomes aware of such movements, thanks to aerial reconnaissance by drones.

Antonov: the Russian Federation’s inspections on the DSNV in the United States are blocked due to sanctions

Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov, commenting on the statements of the State Department that Washington’s anti-Russian sanctions do not prevent the Russian side from carrying out inspection activities in the United States, said the restrictive measures of the United States and its allies against Moscow create conditions under which Russia conducts inspections in the United States under the Treaty on Measures for Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms (DSNV, START-3) “difficult, if not blocked.”

Antonov pointed out the lack of normal air communication with the United States, the closure of airspace for the passage of Russian aircraft to the United States, problems with obtaining visas for members of inspection teams and flight crews.  All this makes inspections impossible, the Russian representative pointed out.

Meanwhile, Russia continues its special operation in Ukraine. Zelensky’s office announced the preparation of a document on security guarantees for Ukraine by August 29. The Zaporozhye authorities rejected Zelensky’s ultimatum on the NPP

Vladimir Rogov, a member of the Main Council of the Administration of the Zaporozhye region, skeptically assessed the prospect of implementing the ultimatum of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky on the transfer of the Zaporozhye NPP under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Zelensky’s ultimatum… it means only one thing: to return control to the Ukrainian side over the nuclear power plant so that they can continue their experiments to create a dirty bomb and hold the whole world hostage,” Rogov said, adding that such a decision will never be made.

According to him, giving the nuclear power plant to Zelensky’s militants, who have been shooting at the NPP for four months, would be tantamount to suicide.
