The Investigative Committee announced its intention to evaluate the statements of the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Kazakhstan, Pyotr Vrublevsky, who, according to the UK, called for the killing of Russians. The ministry’s statement says that a video appeared on social networks, in which, presumably, this diplomat said that the Ukrainian regime is trying to kill as many Russians as possible.
The head of the IC, Alexander Bastrykin, “instructed the investigators of the central office to give a legal assessment of the man’s statements,” the investigators said.
“A set of measures will be taken to establish the identities of all participants in the video,” the UK added, noting that these persons will also be checked for involvement in crimes committed against Russian servicemen.
The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Maria Zakharova, described the Ukrainian government as a “fake.” So she commented on the words of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko in her Telegram channel that the photo of the certificate of the employee of the National Guard of Ukraine Natalia Vovk is allegedly fake.
“So you can say about the whole Kiev regime,” the diplomat wrote.
Earlier it became known that Natalia Vovk, who is suspected of murdering Russian journalist and political scientist Daria Dugina, served in the National Guard of Ukraine. This information was reported to the Russian press by relatives of Vovk.
Recall that on August 20, in the evening, Daria Dugina’s jeep exploded on the Mozhaisk highway. The girl died. The bodies of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation have hotly identified the suspect in the crime – this is a citizen of Ukraine Natalia Vovk. But she has already managed to hide in Estonia.
In recent days, the Crimean peninsula has been attacked using unmanned aerial vehicles by, most likely, sabotage groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Previously, this was not the case. According to local authorities, the air defense systems covering the peninsula repelled the attacks. What could be the reason for such enemy activity, and whether it is a real threat to us, military expert Yevgeny Linin told MK.

– The Kiev authorities are not independent today. Everyone understands this. Politicians follow the commands of the West, and overseas they want to see at least some results of the actions of the armed forces of Ukraine, to make sure that the assistance that the West provides to Zelensky is not in vain.
The counteroffensive near Kherson failed, the AFU cannot hold positions near Donetsk, they are also unable to create a real threat in the Zaporozhye direction, and therefore a massive attack of unmanned aerial vehicles on the Crimean peninsula was prepared. We must understand that this is more of a PR campaign for all sorts of arresters and other Ukrainian propagandists. This cannot be considered a real military victory.
What do we observe in reality? The APU accumulated a large number of drones, launched them, and some of them were able to reach the target unnoticed. Then the air defense system began to work.
It is worth noting that the Crimean air defense is a deeply layered system, it is almost impossible to fly unnoticed. No country in the world has faced such a massive attack by military drones from different directions and is not able to repel such attacks as effectively.
– Unmanned aerial vehicles have a limited radius of application. The so-called kamikaze drones fly for several tens of kilometers. If, for example, we consider a range of 50 kilometers, then it must take off from somewhere in the Crimea, which is unlikely. Or from passing ships masquerading as civilians. Also, in my opinion, it is unlikely.
Nikolaev, which is still under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the closest in a straight line to the Crimean Peninsula, is located at a sufficiently large distance that drones must overcome over the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, covered by the air defense complexes “Tor” and “Tor 2”.
Perhaps drones can take off from the territory of Odessa. Thus, they immediately come out over the sea at a low altitude, where their detection by radar surveillance is difficult.
– There will certainly be attacks, because for Ukraine, as I have already said, this is the only chance to show that they can take at least some steps against Russia. Those air defense systems that are used in Crimea have already shown their effectiveness in practice. Additionally, radar detection systems are currently being enhanced to detect precisely small-sized targets. These are the stations that are used in the Tor and Pantsir complexes, which will increase the number of simultaneously escorted targets and increase the effectiveness of air defense.
The Estonian authorities have not received an official request from the Russian authorities regarding the crossing of the Russian-Estonian border by Ukrainian Natalia Vovk. The FSB of the Russian Federation considers her the alleged murderer of journalist Daria Dugina.
The official Tallinn notes that they can publish the data of people moving across the border, “only in cases stipulated by law.” The Estonian Foreign Ministry noted that the situation in which the Russian special services accuse them of something in the media does not apply to them”.
The FSB suggests that Ukrainian Natalia Vovk arrived in Russia on July 23 in a Mini Cooper car with DNR license plates. After committing the murder, she left the territory of the Russian Federation in the same car that moved around the country, changing the license plates to Ukrainian ones. According to the FSB, Vovk crossed the border with Estonia in the Pskov region.

Senator Vladimir Dzhabarov said that if Estonia does not hand over to Russia the perpetrator of the murder of Daria Dugina, Moscow will have grounds for “tough actions against Tallinn harboring a terrorist.”
Earlier on Monday, the FSB announced that they had solved the murder of the daughter of public activist Alexander Dugin. According to the statement of the secret service, the killer was a citizen of Ukraine born in 1979 Natalia Vovk, who arrived in Russia in July with her 12-year-old daughter and rented an apartment in the house where Daria Dugina lived.
The FSB claims that Vovk arrived in a Mini Cooper with the numbers of the DPR, moved around the capital with the numbers of Armenia, and after the murder of Dugina changed the numbers to Ukrainian and left for the Pskov region, where she crossed the border of Estonia.
A volunteer who was wounded during the SVO of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, upon returning home to the Voronezh region, learned that he had been fired from his previous job for absenteeism. This is reported by the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alexander Khinshtein in his telegram channel.
The Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications published screenshots of documents in confirmation. In the first of them, the acting military commissar of the city of Liski, Voronezh region, informs the management of the store where the volunteer works about his departure from May 31 for military service under a contract. According to the second document dated July 15, the employment relationship with the employee was terminated due to his absenteeism.
Khinshtein called this situation, which was reported to him by the volunteer’s wife in social networks, “outrageous.”
It is also clarified that the resident of Liski is 39 years old, he worked as an IT specialist in a store that belongs to the structure of a large retail chain, and was in the mobile reserve of the military enlistment office. In May, he signed a short-term contract for military service, asking for a settlement at work. Since June, he participated in the SVO, was wounded, lay inhospital. It is noted that attempts to achieve justice have led to nothing.
The Voronezh authorities and the regional branch of the United Russia party, according to Khinstein, are already dealing with the situation at his request. The parliamentarian will also send requests “to the Prosecutor’s office and the Ministry of Labor demanding the most serious response measures.”
The head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin said that Ukrainian war criminals will be punished regardless of what they say in Kiev.
According to him, the preparation for the first stage of the tribunal is coming to an end. In particular, materials on 80 episodes of crimes of the nationalist battalion “Azov” are already ready (the organization’s activities are recognized as terrorist in the Russian Federation and banned in Russia). He also stressed that the date of the Mariupol first tribunal directly depends on the work of the investigative bodies.
Earlier, the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, commented on the tribunal announced by the DPR authorities over the captured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to him, if such a trial takes place, Moscow may not count on negotiations with Kiev.
Earlier, the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin said that the first tribunal for prisoners of war in the DPR will most likely be held in Mariupol. According to him, one of the main tasks is to conduct it as openly as possible.
