Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting of the CSTO Council of Defense Ministers on Tuesday that the Russian army’s offensive in Ukraine is slowing down “deliberately.”

The politician explained that 35% of the 40 billion will go to finance the US Armed Forces, 45.2% is planned to be spent not on Ukraine, but on “other countries”. Another 4.8% will go “to help refugees, the reopening of the US Embassy in Ukraine, other diplomatic support, etc.”
At the same time, he stressed that “Ukrainians will have to pay the debt” and all $40 billion”.
And in the United States, according to him, statements are already being made that Kiev will not be able to service the national debt on its own in the future.
