Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg said that he would not like to dance with Russian President Vladimir Putin, unlike his predecessor Karin Kneissl. He told Kurier about this.
Recall that in 2018, Kneissl invited Putin to her wedding and even danced with him. Schallenberg told reporters he definitely wouldn’t do that.
“As a man, I wouldn’t be tempted to dance with Putin, and I wouldn’t do it,” he said.
Recall that many Western media criticized Kneissl because of the dance with Putin. In particular, they pointed out that Kneissl curtsied at the end, as if “as a sign of submission.”
Recall that in 2021 Kneissl joined the Board of Directors of Rosneft.
