According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, Moscow today is not in words, but in practice forming a global “belt of good neighborliness” in order to preserve stability in the world.
Congratulating his colleagues on the Day of the Diplomatic Worker, Lavrov stressed that the line pursued by Russian diplomats is based on international law and the UN Charter. Thanks to such diplomacy, Russia continues to expand mutually beneficial equal cooperation – in a variety of formats – with most states Eurasia, Africa, Latin America, the minister said.
“We are not in words, but in deeds, contributing to the formation of a global “belt of good neighborliness”, which is necessary today to preserve global stability and strengthen the international positions of our country,” Lavrov stressed.
