French President Emmanuel Macron announced the readiness of a number of European countries to open a joint diplomatic mission in Kabul, but there is no talk of recognizing the Taliban government (banned in the Russian Federation).
Earlier it was reported that the Il-76 military transport aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces delivered tons of humanitarian cargo to Afghanistan.
The planes will take back more than 200 citizens of Russia, CSTO countries, as well as Afghan students of Russian universities from Kabul.
