The commander of the Vostok battalion, Alexander Khodakovsky, stated about the situation at the Azovstal plant in Mariupol that only one rat move was silenced, as another was found during the squeezing from the periphery of the enemy.
He noted that the task of the formation is to localize the enemy in the area of the main workshops, which are successfully eliminated by aviation and force them to surrender. According to Khodakovsky, while the enemy is maneuvering, he has a chance to escape from airstrikes that are effective against a concentrated, and not “smeared” enemy.
He stated that the first ten soldiers with white flags managed to get out of our corridor.
