The press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin does not have details about the plan proposed by Italy for Ukraine.
At the same time, Peskov said that Moscow welcomes the participation of everyone who can contribute to regulation.
Earlier, the Italian plan for Ukraine was reported by the newspaper la Repubblica.
