Europe has “warmed up” the black arms market
First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Dmitry Polyansky, speaking at a meeting of the Security Council of the world Organization, accused the Ukrainian authorities of corruption and resale of weapons supplied by the West.

So, according to him, the weapons transferred to Kiev can already be found in Syria in the hands of radical Islamists.
“In Idlib, Western weapons sold by corrupt Ukrainian officials began to appear more and more often… The black arms market has become a real treasure trove not only for them, but also for radical Islamists throughout the Middle East,” Polyansky said, quoted by TASS.
According to the diplomat, this black sector turned out to be seriously “warmed up”, thanks to the massive supply of weapons by Western countries to Ukraine.
