A hacker from the RaHDIt group said that the Ukrainian military 83rd Information and Psychological Operations Center was involved in organizing protests in Kazakhstan at the beginning of this year.
He specified that four such centers were created on the territory of Ukraine: the 16th, located in the Zhytomyr region, the 72nd (main) in Brovary (Kiev region), the 74th in Lviv and the 83rd in Odessa.
“The 83rd center was lit up, he was involved in organizing protests in Kazakhstan. There are confirmations that they had a hand in it,” the hacker said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Recall that in the first days of 2022, mass protests began in Kazakhstan. Local residents opposed the increase in prices for liquefied gas.
