Members of the US Congress Lauren Bobert and Marjorie Taylor Green said that military supplies to Kiev are not intended to help Ukraine.
Earlier, the American CBS television and radio network published an investigative film “Arming Ukraine”. Its authors came to the conclusion that most of the funds allocated to help the country do not reach the recipients.
“All the facts are obvious: most of the aid to Ukraine is fraud,” Bobert wrote on social networks after viewing this work.
And Green in her speech noted that the supplies carried out to Ukraine are in no way connected with Washington’s desire to help her. The politician called the facts set out in the film one of the reasons why she voted against military supplies to Kiev.
“It was never about the Ukrainian people,” she wrote on her microblog.
Earlier it became known that the West has increased the volume and expanded the range of military products supplied to Ukraine.
Moscow has stated that any cargo of similar content sent to Kiev will become legitimate targets of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
