Readers of the French newspaper Le Figaro criticized the country’s president Emmanuel Macron, who is going to hold a telephone conversation with Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky on the situation around the Zaporozhye NPP.
Some users in the comments began to declare that this dialogue is useless, and Zelensky was even called a clown.
“It will be difficult to calm down this clown,” wrote a user under the pseudonym statocaster.
“I hope he will announce the cessation of arms supplies while Kiev is bombing the nuclear power plant,” Alinver wrote.
It is worth noting that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) continue to shell the Zaporozhye NPP. They inflicted the last serious blow on the night of August 13-14, when the shelling was carried out from the Grad MLRS, fragments and a rocket engine fell about 400 meters from the operating power unit of the NPP.
At the moment, the power plant is under the control of the Russian army.
