Pope Francis has declared that humanity has entered the third World War. He said this, talking about the anniversary of the invasion of German troops in Poland in 1939.
The pontiff noted that the Second World War had a very painful impact on all Poles.
“And today we are experiencing the third. Let the memory of past experiences push you to cultivate peace in yourself, in your family, in public and international life,” Pope Francis said.
On the eve of the ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Taras Chernovol said about the “intellectual limitations” of the pope. In his opinion, he showed his “squeamishness” when he accused NATO of escalating the conflict in Ukraine.
