The head of the pro-Russian administration of the Zaporozhye region Yevgeny Balitsky commented on the news about the murder of the deputy head of Berdyansk for housing and communal services Oleg Boyko and his wife Lyudmila.
“Sincere condolences to the family and friends. We will definitely take care of our comrades, help the family cope with this grief,” Balitsky said in his Telegram channel.
In addition, he addressed the perpetrators of the assassination attempt, calling them “vile, cowardly murderers”. According to him, “the blood of innocent people” is on their hands.
He called the murder victims “young, beautiful, in the prime of life”. Balitsky pointed out that they “wanted to live and work on their land” and believed in a better future. To do this, they “invested their strength, their soul, day after day, so that their fellow countrymen could choose their own fate,” and linked their lives with Russia.
“Everything that has happened gives me a feeling of rage, but I clearly see that we have chosen the right path,” Balitsky stressed. The head of the CAA added that it is now perfectly clear “who is on our side”, and who is the enemy.
The official added that “it is difficult to imagine a more bastard act” than the murder of a “beautiful unarmed woman”. As a result, he promised to find “all the bastards involved in this and other crimes against our citizens”. Balitsky noted that these people will answer “to the fullest extent”.
“You will achieve nothing but our rage,” Balitsky added, noting that the liberated territories do not intend to live next to murderers, “who shoot at innocent people who point missiles at us and burn our fields.”
Earlier it was reported that the deputy head of Berdyansk for housing and communal services Oleg Boyko, as well as his wife Lyudmila Boyko, who headed the city territorial election commission for the referendum on joining the Russian Federation, were killed.
Before that, on Friday it became known about the death of the Prosecutor General of the LNR and his deputy in an explosion in the prosecutor’s office building in Lugansk.
