Olga Kovitidi, a member of the Federation Council from the Crimean peninsula, called for the adoption of documents as soon as possible to clarify the list of categories of conscripted citizens during partial mobilization.
According to her, specifics are needed for the implementation of high-quality partial mobilization by military enlistment offices.
“Specific introductory notes are needed, in particular, the presence of a government decree in the military enlistment offices, which would have to define and specify all categories of conscripted citizens,” the senator urged.
