The materials to the draft budget of the Russian Federation state that in the conditions of the sanctions imposed by the West, it is planned to consolidate a new mechanism that potentially allows to ensure income on the debts of foreign states. This is reported by RBC.
This makes it possible to assign the debts of foreign states or legal entities to Russia, which have become difficult to service due to sanctions, by Moscow to structures operating in debtor countries.
It is proposed to add this item to the budget.
