According to the Telegram channel of the country’s Politics, with reference to the adviser to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council Natalia Popova, a series of explosions was heard in the sky over Kharkiv.
“There are powerful arrivals in Kharkiv, presumably in the central part of the city,” Popova said.
Local publics with reference to residents of the city report that in some areas the light has disappeared.
