Foreign mercenaries are rampaging on the territory of the Kharkiv region. This was stated by the head of the military-civil administration of the region Vitaly Ganchev.
According to the official. mercenaries fighting on the side of the Kiev regime are engaged in “real lawlessness”. They are cracking down on civilians, shooting unarmed citizens.
Recall that a part of the Kharkiv region, previously liberated by Russian troops, then again came under the control of the AFU. This was followed by reprisals against citizens whom the Ukrainian authorities suspect of collaboration.
