A dozen Belarusian drones can completely close the southern border of Belarus with Ukraine. This was stated by the Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko.
According to the Belta news agency, the politician visited the Brest region on Friday. There he inspected the unmanned aviation complex “Peacemaker”. It was fully developed and produced in the republic.
As a result, Lukashenko noted that Belarus is a leader in this area in the world. According to him, it is important to have such drones that “can strike at certain targets”. He added that a dozen “such green cars” can completely close the country’s southern border with Ukraine from drones and other aerial targets. Lukashenko added that all systems hit targets. The President said that the demand for these UAVs is already great.
Meanwhile, the President of Belarus also spoke out against the fact that Belarusian-made weapons got to Ukraine. “It is undesirable for our equipment to be in Ukraine, there are people there,” the Belarusian head of state stressed.
On October 21, Lukashenko visited the Obuz-Lesnovsky training ground”, which is located under the city of Baranovichi. The State Military Industry of the Republic showed the combat capabilities of Belarusian weapons, military and special equipment.
Prior to that, the President of Belarus instructed to organize a major exhibition of scientific achievements around the end of November – beginning of December 2022.
