Russian military correspondent Alexander Sladkov on the air of the radio station “Moscow Speaks” expressed the opinion that aggression by the Armed Forces of Ukraine may force the Russian authorities to resort to a nuclear strike on Ukraine.
Sladkov admits that he is “unnerved” by the position taken by the countries with which Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu held talks. According to the military commander, everything will end with a nuclear strike on the territory of Ukraine. As the correspondent noted, one edge of the funnel will be on the border with Poland, and the other will be on the outskirts, which go towards the south-east of Kiev.
According to Sladkov, if people still have not realized which person is leading them, then “there will be no time to fence.” The military commander is convinced that in the event of the use of nuclear weapons, even in a tactical form against Russia, the Russian Federation will respond in accordance with the existing threat. He added that this would serve as an “indicative lesson” to the rest that Russia “will not flinch and will push the button.” Sladkov expressed confidence that this would happen, since the Russian side “has no way out.”
