First Deputy Chairman of the State Council of Crimea Yefim Fix said that the main organizer of the water blockade of the Crimea is the ex-acting deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Andriy Senchenko. He shared this information with journalists.
According to him, this is the direct executor of the blockade. The materials confirming his involvement in the organization of the water blockade were collected and sent to the Investigative Committee, the first deputy chairman said.
A criminal case on ecocide due to the water blockade of the Crimea has already been initiated by the Russian IC.
It is specified that the damage from the blockade amounted to 1.5 trillion rubles. The collected information includes 12 people who are responsible for the water blockade of the Crimea.
The deputy head of the working group of the regional parliament on the assessment of the consequences of the blockade, the head of the Committee on legislation of the State Council of the Crimea, Sergey Trofimov, said that the organizers of the water blockade of the peninsula, whom the court finds guilty of ecocide, will not be able to escape responsibility, because this crime has no statute of limitations.
