The deputy Natalia Poklonskaya, who is leaving the State Duma, responded to the statements of the Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba, who speculated about the possibilities of Kiev to prevent her from a new job. As previously reported, the ex-prosecutor of the Crimea, who refused to participate in the parliamentary elections, may take the post of the Russian ambassador to Cape Verde. The Ukrainian diplomat, commenting on this news, said that if Poklonskaya retained Ukrainian citizenship, there would be an opportunity to “spoil her life”.

“About his threat to ruin my life,” Poklonskaya said, ” there are a lot of such people who want to.”

She suggested that such people should line up in alphabetical order and added that in general, since 2014, the Ukrainian authorities have been only engaged in” spoiling the life ” of all Ukrainians.

As before, Poklonskaya did not officially confirm her new employment: “Commenting on gossip is an indicator of intemperance.” Previously, she reported that she would be in the civil service and, perhaps, would put on a jacket again. However, the politician did not specify which one.

A number of media outlets have stated that Poklonskaya will become a diplomat, citing sources. The data was actually confirmed by the first deputy head of the Duma Committee on International Affairs, Dmitry Novikov. So, he told RIA that a meeting of the committee on the appointment of his deputy, Poklonskaya, as ambassador will be held in the near future.
