The President of Russia responded to the appeal of a Russian woman who noted that she works as a cleaner, receives a salary of 12 thousand rubles, gives significant funds for loans, and she has only one and a half thousand rubles left. There is nothing to live on, and there is still a child who needs to go to school, the woman complained. Putin noted that “the situation is not easy.”
The President explained the situation with loans. “If it is below the subsistence minimum, then the amount for the loan cannot be withdrawn…The bank has no right to withdraw money,” he said.
Putin also recalled that there are several different payments for families with children. “The set of support services for families with children is very small,” the president said. The state should help families in difficult situations, their children from birth to graduation.
Putin added that families with six-year-old children should receive a one-time payment, even if these children do not go to school now.
