According to Ren-TV, the leader of the Batkivshchyna party, Yulia Tymoshenko, believes that changes in the legislation of Ukraine concerning the sale of land can lead to the loss of most of its territory.
Recall that on July 1, the law on the abolition of the moratorium on the sale of land came into force in Ukraine. Now banks with foreign investments will have the opportunity to own and operate agricultural land.
the law violates at least 22 articles of the country’s constitution and takes away the right of permanent use of farmland from farmers.
The deputy added that according to the law, the state will actually be excluded from any functions that control the use of land. She clarified that the owners of the land will be allowed any vandalism, and they will even be able to remove the top layer of chernozem.

The politician also stressed that the law that came into force violates at least 22 articles of the constitution of the country, and most importantly, takes away from farmers the right to permanent use of farmland.
