Advisor to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, Alexey Arestovich, in an interview with the Youtube channel “Feygin Live” (recognized in Russia as a foreign media agent), said that UN Secretary General Antonio Gutteres and Turkish President Recep Erdogan may try to convince Zelensky to agree to a diplomatic settlement of the conflict in Ukraine and abandon plans to seize the liberated territories.

“It is quite possible that they will offer to abandon attempts to return the south and cease fire. In this case, I’m afraid to even reproduce what Zelensky told them,” Arestovich said.

He clarified that the President of Ukraine will currently refuse any peace initiative.

Recall that the meeting of the leaders of the two countries and the United Nations should take place today in the city of Lviv. Earlier Gutteres arrived on the territory of Ukraine, where he will visit the port of Odessa within the framework of the agreement on the export of food.

Earlier, State Duma deputy from the Crimean region Mikhail Sheremet said that the combat potential of the Ukrainian army has been destroyed.
