Now mobile operators, post offices, insurance companies, leasing companies, pawnshops will be able to act in this way.
Previously, passport data and data of one of the additional documents – TIN or SNILS – were required to identify the identity of an individual. A driver’s license is a more suitable second document for identity identification, since few citizens regularly carry SNILS or INN with them.

President Vladimir Putin has signed and approved a law banning industrial fishing in the Russian Federation in relation to cetaceans – dolphins and whales, including belugas, sperm whales, narwhals, killer whales and porpoises.
At the same time, there are no prohibitive rules in the law regarding fishing for cultural and educational purposes – catching these marine animals for oceanariums. A number of legislators have previously insisted on the need for such a ban as the prevention of “whale prisons” and from the point of view of international experience.

The new American B-21 Raider stealth bomber can become a serious problem for opponents. This opinion was expressed by journalist Brent Eastwood in his article for the publication 19FortyFive. The author claims that with the help of new aircraft, it is possible to destroy powerful Russian anti-aircraft systems, such as the S-400 and S-500.
Eastwood noted that the US Air Force has not received new bomber models for 30 years. And finally, the B-21 Raider will be introduced next year. The first test flights are scheduled for the end of next year. At the same time, deliveries of aircraft to the American army are unlikely to begin earlier than in five years.
The developers promise that the bomber will have a “wide range of ammunition for confrontation and direct attack”. The planes will be able to give the American army a serious advantage in the event of a military conflict with Russia and China.
In particular, the B-21 Raider is capable of hitting targets in reefs and on rocks in the East China and South China Seas, where Chinese military facilities are located. A squadron of bombers can also be deployed on the island of Guam – such a move could deter Beijing from a nuclear strike.
“In the case of the Russian military scenario, the B-21s can be targeted at modern anti-aircraft systems, such as the S-400 and S-500, which pose a threat to the air force,” Eastwood notes.
