The demand for apartment rentals in Moscow has decreased by 10% over the past week. At the same time, according to RBC, the rental of elite facilities collapsed by 50%.
This trend is observed after September 21.
In turn, analysts of the agency “Floors” came to the conclusion that the current level of demand for rental housing in the capital was 15% lower than in September 2021.
It is noted that those tenants who began to return to the market in July — August 2022 are now terminating contracts. One part of the clients moves to the regions where they have family and loved ones, another part changes the country of residence, the third is looking for cheaper housing.
