Former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ilya Kiva said that one of the strikes on Kiev was inflicted on the base and headquarters of the Azov regiment (banned in the Russian Federation, recognized as a terrorist organization). The ex-parliamentarian wrote about this in the Telegram channel.

Earlier, the Ukrainian media said that several explosions were heard in Kiev, information about them was confirmed by the mayor of the city Vitali Klitschko. According to him, the explosions were heard in the center of the city — in the Shevchenko district. Then the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko wrote on Twitter that one of the rockets in Kiev fell near the monument to Hrushevsky on Vladimirskaya Street.
