The columnist of the Chinese Global Times, Wang Weng, commenting on the speech of Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Eastern Economic Forum, called it a landmark.
“The essence of the speech is that the dominance of the United States in world politics is waning, and no country can isolate Russia,” he wrote.
