According to the M1 TV channel, Hungarian Foreign Ministry Secretary of State for Bilateral Relations Tamas Mentzer allowed the European countries to revise their sanctions policy against Russia with the onset of cold weather.
According to him, the restrictions hurt the “authors” themselves, causing a shortage of energy and an explosive jump in prices in Europe. Therefore, it would be wise to reconsider such a short-sighted policy.
“In this case, the energy shortage and high prices could be stopped soon… More and more people are seeing reality… When it’s thirty-degree heat outside, it’s good to talk about gas supplies, but when the cold weather comes, and it’s necessary to heat and manage the economy, protect jobs, reality knocks on the doors of every country in Western Europe,” Mentzer said.
