According to Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, the country’s diplomats at the 77th session of the UN General Assembly will defend the rejection of decisions and actions that delay and aggravate the Ukrainian conflict.
“The UN General Assembly is the best forum for dialogue aimed at peace. Any difficult issues can be raised at it … and we call on the world to take advantage of this opportunity,” Szijjarto said.
He added that the authorities of the republic intend to defend the idea of “putting aside proposals that escalate tensions,” and also take care of how to establish peace in Ukraine.
