Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the administration of the Zaporozhye region, said on Sunday that the Kiev regime is capable of using bacteriological weapons in the territories liberated by Russia.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that Ukraine had used toxic substances against the Russian military in the Zaporozhye region. An organic poison of artificial origin, botulinum toxin type “B”, was found in their body.
Rogov also believes that the use of bacteriological weapons may be added to nuclear and chemical terrorism.
According to him, given the number of biological laboratories that were “on the territory of the post-Ukrainian space, which is still controlled by the Americans,” Kiev is capable of “going to any provocations”.
