The press service of the Security Service of Ukraine has published a statement stating the reasons for the inclusion and then subsequent exclusion of the Russian pop singer, actor and music producer Philip Kirkorov in the blacklist of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of the country.

The ministry clarified that the decision to blacklist the Ministry of Culture was made at the request of the country’s Security Service in connection with judicial precedents. The SBU did not announce any other details, citing the need to analyze the current situation.
“It takes time,… The Security Service of Ukraine needs additional processing on this issue, ” the SBU said.
Recall that together with Kirkorov, 200 Russians were included in the black list of persons who, according to the SBU, pose a threat to the national security of Ukraine. Later, the singer was excluded from it.
