The governor of the Kaliningrad Region, Anton Alikhanov, said that despite the conflict related to the restriction of transit through Lithuania, the region’s leadership has good contact with Poles and Lithuanians. This is reported by RBC.

According to him, despite the bellicose rhetoric of Lithuanians and Poles, the Kaliningrad Region has quite good and close relations with these countries at the level of business structures and ordinary people.

“At the same time, neighborly relations are at a slightly different level. Despite the aggressive rhetoric that was established earlier, we have good contact with both Poles and Lithuanians,” Alikhanov stressed.
