In the cities of the Kharkiv region, mercenaries shoot people to arrange a provocation against Russia. This was stated by the head of the military-civil administration of the region Vitaly Ganchev.
Now most of the region, according to him, has been captured by nationalist formations and Western mercenaries.
“The people who were able to get out tell serious things about what is happening in Kupyansk and Veliky Burluk,” Ganchev said on Rossiya 24. “Mercenaries go and shoot people and shoot it all on camera. I understand that it is necessary to clean up these cities. And imagine that while there were Russian troops, that’s how they mocked, corpses are lying on the street.”
Ukrainian troops, the head of the CAA added, occupied settlements in the north of the Kharkiv region and “people can no longer cross the border there.” In addition, as Ganchev noted, “repressive actions began and people began to hide.”
In the Kharkiv direction, the number of the Armed Forces exceeded the Russian forces at times, the head of the CAA stressed. “Therefore, in order to preserve the personnel, I think it was decided to withdraw, regroup,” Ganchev concluded.
