The number of explosions in the center of Kiev on Monday morning increased to four, informs the mayor of the capital Vitali Klitschko.
“Two more explosions in the Shevchenko district,” says the mayor of the capital in his Telegram channel.
Earlier on Monday, Klitschko had already announced two explosions in the Shevchenko district, which is located in the city center.
The Ukrainian media, referring to eyewitnesses, reported smoke clouds over the building of the energy company “Ukrenergo”.
