Earlier it was reported that in the prospect of the failure of the summer season, Sofia decided to reduce, from May 31, compensation for food and accommodation for Ukrainian refugees from 40 (1,452 rubles) to 15 levs (544 rubles) per day. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said in his video message that he dismissed the head of the SBU Department in the Kharkiv region, Roman Dudin.

German Economy Minister Robert Habeck said on Sunday that the EU’s unity on sanctions against Russia is “starting to crumble” ahead of the summit, where the oil embargo will be discussed, as well as steps to reduce dependence on Russian energy.

Habek urged Germany not to abstain from voting at the summit due to disagreements within the country’s ruling coalition, but to speak “with one voice”.

The head of the German Ministry of Economy called for the same unity and other EU countries.

As the diplomat noted, Norway stopped using the name Hviterussland in Norwegian on the International Day of Solidarity with Belarus.

The Foreign Minister also added that “I was happy to tell the leader of the democratic movement Svetlana Tikhanovskaya about it yesterday.”

Huitfeld wrote: “We support the struggle of the Belarusian people for freedom and democracy.”

Earlier, they stopped calling Belarus “White Russia” in Sweden and Denmark.

One of them told reporters that the “soldiers of fortune” are looking for ways to return home. According to him, once out of 20 volunteers, eight left their posts. There are also cases when mercenaries broke weapons in the hope of passing it off as combat damage. One fighter simulated an injury, quotes the words of the mercenary “Military affairs”.

The worst thing is that the Ukrainian command often does not know where the enemy is. But Russians constantly listen to walkie-talkies, which often lack additional batteries. Fighters have to communicate via WhatsApp on unprotected phones. Therefore, the artillery of the Russian Armed Forces quickly found the positions of mercenaries and destroyed them.

Washington officially does not know whether the American “dogs of war” are in Ukraine. The US authorities have repeatedly publicly dissuaded the military from participating in hostilities. This is not only against the law. The combat situation is very difficult and dangerous. Therefore, it is better to help Ukraine in some other way. However, according to some reports, about 400 volunteers still went to the republic from the USA.
