Laura Cooper, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense of the United States, commented on the delivery of HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems to Kiev.
According to her, the transfer of such weapons to Ukraine will allow the AFU to hit most Russian targets.
“Using GMLRS, which the APU already has for HIMARS… they are capable of finishing off the vast majority of targets, including Crimea. And just to be clear: Crimea is Ukraine,” Cooper said.
